With over 20 years in enterprise IT, cloud platforms, and contact center infrastructure, he previously led global IT operations at TELUS Digital, supporting 50,000+ agents across 10 countries. He brings unmatched experience in scaling high-availability CCaaS platforms and implementing Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions. Fin ensures every solution is grounded in operational realism and measurable business outcomes.

Adrian has spent over 20 years at the heart of dealer systems modernization. From Porsche Cars Canada to Tekion and CDK Autoline, he has architected and delivered large-scale ERP/DMS transformations across OEM and retail landscapes. He specializes in systems integration, process reengineering, and translating complex requirements into scalable dealership-ready solutions.
